HRPV’s client, a technology solutions and software development company, is seeking a Senior Embedded Security Engineer to design and validate end-to-end security solutions for Automotive, IoT, and connected devices on Linux/Android platforms. The role is suitable for engineers with strong embedded security expertise and experience working in international environments.
A. Job Objectives
Design, implement, and validate end-to-end security solutions on embedded Linux/Android platforms for Automotive systems, IoT, and connected devices.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement embedded security solutions: Secure Boot, TEE, OTA, secure storage, and secure communication.
- Perform threat modeling and security reviews for Automotive, IVI, ADAS, and IoT systems.
- Harden Linux/Android/QNX platforms and integrate SELinux/AppArmor.
- Conduct security testing, code reviews, and penetration testing.
- Validate security features on hardware and maintain security requirements/processes
C. Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience, including 2–5 years in embedded/system software or security engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Android platforms (BSP, middleware, system services).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals: cryptography, security protocols, secure coding, and security testing.
- Experience implementing secure boot, secure storage, OTA, and secure communication solutions.
