HRPV’s partner in the software development and technology solutions sector is looking for an IT Consultant to work closely with clients and internal engineering teams in advising, designing, and delivering technical solutions. This role suits engineers with strong technical expertise, system-level thinking, and experience in international, client-facing environments.

A. Responsibilities of IT Consultant

• Work directly with clients to understand business context and translate it into technical directions.

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and architectures for each project.

• Support solution design and implementation, ensuring feasibility and scalability.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues arising during development and delivery.

B. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed system architecture.

• Experience with frontend technologies; PWA or cross-platform development is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.

• Japanese communication skills at a working level.
