A. Key Responsibilities – Business Development
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving market expansion and building strong client relationships. Your main tasks include:
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in Vietnam and the wider region.

Build and maintain strategic networks with referral partners (real estate firms, migration services, education consultants, professional associations).

Present and promote international lending solutions to clients, provide financial consultation, and support them throughout the loan application process.

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and propose strategies for business growth.

Represent the company at events, seminars, and media engagements to enhance brand presence and expand business networks.

Support business operations, compliance, and reporting as the HCMC office scales up.
B. Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated, results-oriented professionals who meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.

Background in Finance, Banking, or Accounting is a must-have.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken & written).

Proven ability to analyze market trends, build client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships.
