A. Objective Job:
This HR Admin position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about administrative operations and HR support, and who are looking to gain exposure in a multinational setting.
B. Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative documentation
- Maintain databases, filing systems, and company records
- Handle invoices, receipts, and payment-related documents
- Support meeting coordination and translation of basic documents
- Assist in improving administrative processes and office procedures
- Support office setup, layout, and basic IT coordination
- Participate in HR activities: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping
- Provide general admin support (scheduling, reports, travel arrangements)
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain a safe and organized workplace
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
C. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin/HR Admin or similar roles
- Good understanding of office administration and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese language skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Basic IT knowledge is an advantage
