HRPV’s partner is recruiting for the position of Customer Service in the Travel Technology industry to ensure seamless service and experiences for both customers and partners.
A. Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer questions about bookings, flights, hotels, and extras via call, email, and chat.

Solve issues quickly and escalate when needed.

Keep detailed notes in our CRM system.

Work with internal teams (like operations or tech) to fix problems.

Ask for feedback to help improve our service.
B. Job requirements:
- College/University graduate
- Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) – 100% English work environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
C. Benefits and additional information
- Total Income: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month + 13th-month salary bonus
- Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
- Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
- Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
- Complexity Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (after probation)
- Monthly KPI Incentive: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month
