HRPV’s partner is recruiting for the position of Customer Service in the Travel Technology industry to ensure seamless service and experiences for both customers and partners.

A. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions about bookings, flights, hotels, and extras via call, email, and chat.

  • Solve issues quickly and escalate when needed.

  • Keep detailed notes in our CRM system.

  • Work with internal teams (like operations or tech) to fix problems.

  • Ask for feedback to help improve our service.

B. Job requirements:

  • College/University graduate
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) – 100% English work environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts

C. Benefits and additional information

  • Total Income: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month + 13th-month salary bonus
    • Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
    • Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
    • Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
    • Complexity Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (after probation)
    • Monthly KPI Incentive: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month
  • 100% salary during 2-month probation

  • Working time: 5 days/week (rotating shifts day and night)
