Our partner is hiring a Customer Service for Banking Industry to assist guests and partners with cancellations, complaints, and inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging—ensuring exceptional service and a smooth experience.
A. Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and accurately.

Escalate significant cases to the Team Lead or Management when necessary.

Provide accurate information on products, services, and follow-up procedures.

Ensure top-quality customer service and effective complaint resolution to maintain a professional image.

Monitor and follow through on customer feedback until resolution.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
B. Job requirements:
- College/University graduate

Previous experience in customer service and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) – 100% English work environment
- Clean credit record
- Available to work rotating shifts (dayshifts only), 6 days/week
