Our Partner, a Japanese corporation specializing in water and wastewater treatment solutions and services, is seeking a Process Engineer to support engineering activities across planning, design, and project execution stages.
A. Job Objectives
The Process Engineer supports the planning, execution, commissioning, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of WTP and WWTP projects throughout the project lifecycle.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections during maintenance and support phases; prepare site check and troubleshooting reports.
- Perform site surveys and collect technical data for planning and proposal development.
Prepare technical proposals for WTP and WWTP projects, including basic process design, flow diagrams, system calculations, specifications, capital cost estimation, and operating cost analysis. - Carry out process and system calculations during project implementation.
Prepare and review technical documents such as process flow sheets, P&ID drawings, and equipment specification sheets. - Support the preparation of RFQs for equipment and project schedules under the leader’s guidance.
- Participate in commissioning activities, including commissioning procedures, commissioning reports, and operation manuals.
- Provide technical consultation, on-site support, and troubleshooting throughout project execution and operation stages.
C. Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in related industries (Oil&Gas/ Chemical/ etc.).
- Experience in project coordination, budget control, and proposal writing
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
