A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work in a fast-paced, creative environment, managing and executing a vision by collaborating with cross-functional departments to translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling, and visually engaging ideas.
• Manage and support the graphic design team to conceptualize and develop creative products focused on digital platforms (Web/UI UX, etc.).
• Participate in the entire creative process within the assigned timeframe and budget.
• Work with project managers to ensure accuracy, practicability, and timely delivery.
• Effectively present and communicate the creative vision.
• Collaborate with designers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure concepts, themes, and messages are effectively and consistently conveyed for business objectives and target audiences.
• Demonstrate strong skills in page layout, typography, and graphic design for digital projects (Website/Landing page/Minisite/Dashboard/Mobile App, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest standards, processes, and trends in visual design.
• Take responsibility for all meetings prior to conducting them.

B. REQUIREMENTS:     

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related fields.
• Must have 3+ years of practical experience in logo design, typography, color theory, and web layout design; proficient in Adobe Suite or other visual design and wireframing tools; able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a solid portfolio.
• Ability to present creative work internally and to clients.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters and designers.
• Ability to gather and interpret feedback.
• Deep understanding of client objectives.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills around design concepts.
• Passionate about design; dissatisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
• Ability to motivate and inspire to achieve the highest performance on assigned projects.
• Dynamic, creative, and effective in engaging and influencing various audiences.
• Deep understanding of designing across multiple media—print, digital, and mobile.
