HRPV is a specialized recruitment and HR consulting firm. We are looking for a talented Junior Digital Marketing to support our marketing activities, strengthen our online presence, and contribute to lead generation efforts across multiple digital channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, data-driven campaigns, employer branding, and B2B marketing. The Junior Digital Marketing will work closely with consultants, recruiters, and business development teams while communicating with both local and international stakeholders.
A. Job Objectives – Junior Digital Marketing
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Increase brand awareness and lead generation performance.
- Improve website traffic, search visibility, and user engagement.
- Assist in managing social media and paid advertising activities.
- Contribute to HRPV’s marketing growth through analytical and creative initiatives.
B. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing (80%)
- Execute SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Support Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Manage and optimize website performance and user experience.
- Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on marketing data.
- Support lead generation and email marketing initiatives.
2. Brand Content (20%)
- Create and publish content for LinkedIn, website, and social media channels.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to develop marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
C. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or relevant internships.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to write professional content, reports, and business communications in English.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
