HRPV’S PARTNER is a leader in wastewater treatment, providing sustainable solutions for various industries. Seeking a Site Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role offers a valuable opportunity in a growing and impactful sector. 

A. Job Objectives:  

To ensure the smooth execution of construction projects by maintaining high-quality standards, enforcing safety regulations, and optimizing workflow efficiency. This role plays a critical part in project success by coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and addressing technical challenges. 

B. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to project requirements. 
• Conduct inspections, enforce safety standards, and oversee quality control procedures. 
• Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks. 
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of project activities, including work logs and material usage. 
• Report project status and any issues to the Line Manager. 
• Address technical challenges and propose solutions to optimize workflow. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

C. Job requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct site supervision and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering. 
• Solid understanding of Water & Wastewater Treatment projects. 
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with clients, contractors, and teams. 
• Proficiency in 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models. 
• Familiarity with MS Office applications. 
• English communication ability. 
• Willing to work on-site long-term. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Flexible to work extra hours as required during critical project phases. 

D. Benefits and additional information: 

• Salary: $400 – $500 (Net), negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Insurance & Allowances: Social, health, and unemployment insurance; meal and travel support.
• Bonuses & Reviews: 13th-month salary, performance-based bonuses, and annual salary
• Working time: Monday to Friday; from 8AM to 5:00PM 
• Location: HCMC.
