I. JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Job Responsibilities:

Test & Commission work for Japanese corporation in wastewater treatment industry. 

2. Main task:

• Test & Commission for Water and Wastewater treatment system. 
• Responsible for T&C works of the water treatment plant site based on the project Planning & Design specifications. 
• Responsible for implementation and commissioning of the industrial water treatment system and wastewater system, and pure water system. 
• Coordinate in creating T&C procedure for SOP to Our Client.
• Responsible for ensuring the organization’s Safety, Health & Environment requirements are adhered to at the site. 

3. Sub-task:

• Create technical documents and suggestions for standardization and work efficiency improvement.
• In charge of detailed design (piping route planning, container design, equipment design, etc.) based on Our Client’s basic plan and basic design.

4. Career:

• Learn about water treatment engineering (read PID, piping design, modeling, and mechanical drawing) through the projects for 6 months to 1 year. 
• Learn Japanese to communicate with the Head office in Japan. 
• Work for Our Client’s T&C in Malaysia or Japan for 1-2 years for practical training. 
• Work as a project supervisor or assistant for Our Client’s companies around the world.

II. JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Engineering knowledge:

• Ability to read and understand P&ID 

• Knowledge of the standard international style of business communication and experience in creating business and technical documentation. 
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings in English. 
• Knowledge of process control or PLC programming is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of standard of material in structure, storage tank, vessel, and piping (JIS or equivalent standards). 
• Knowledge of Site Safety & Health. 

2. Character:

• Good leadership and computer knowledge, excellent interpersonal communication, highly motivated, hard-working. 
• Ability to work independently and teamwork. 
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Very cautious personality. 

3. Experience: At least 2 years of experience working at sites or factory (wastewater treatment project). 

4. Language: English communication skill. 

5. Software: MS office, AutoCAD 2&3D, Plant 3D, (Or Cardworks Plant & structure). 

5. Others information 

• Willing to travel extensively (Compulsory). 
• Willing to learn and work overseas (more than 1 year). 

6. Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Biological Engineering.
