HR Partnering Vietnam (HRPV) is a strategic partner in recruitment, training, and connecting talent with businesses. HRPV aims to inspire and support businesses by focusing on attracting, recruiting, and developing internal talent. 

A.JOB INFORMATION: 

1. Business Development Roles (50%) 

• Identify and reach out to potential clients. 
• Maintain client relationships and secure new job orders. 
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. 
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability. 
• Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. 

2. Account Management (30%) 

• Follow up with candidates and send resumes to clients. 
• Track and ensure payment for successful placements. 
• Manage and strengthen client relationships. 
• Provide customized solutions to meet client needs. 

3. Recruiting (10%) 

• Receive and handle job orders. 
• Source and shortlist candidates for clients. 
• Conduct prescreening interviews to evaluate candidates. 
• Arrange interviews and meetings between clients and candidates. 

4. Operations and Training Support (10%) 

• Oversee daily team operations. 
• Support training and development of team members. 
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements. 

B. REQUIREMENTS: 

• Graduated from College or University Degree. 
• At least 2 years of work experience in Business development, strong working experience with client (B2B), plus in HR Agency, HR Service or Education 
• Good at English skills 
• Passionate and enthusiastic about recruitment sales 
• High level of commitment; Ability to work under pressure and meet targets 
• Strong problem-solving abilities; Self-motivated and proactive 
• Team player with a positive attitude
