A. JOB DESCRIPTION:     

  • Identify the current recruitment needs of the company and provide forecasts.
  • Develop candidate attraction strategies and recruitment plans.
  • Build an applicant pool to meet the recruitment needs according to the company’s plans.
  • Develop and implement employer branding.
  • Participate in workforce planning for the company; Directly conduct recruitment tasks (CV screening,interviews) and onboard personnel according to the company’s recruitment procedures.
  • Participate in planning and implementing internal training programs, team-building activities, and other company events.
  • Prepare reports based on data and identify areas for improvement.

B. REQUIREMENTS:     

  • Must have 03+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in using social networks and other online channels to reach potential candidates.
  • English communication skills; Strong planning, analysis, reporting, and synthesis abilities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in problem-solving, ability to handle high work pressure, enthusiastic and creative in work.

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:     

  • Salary starting at $1,100 – 2,000 Net or higher, depending on the candidate’s performance assessment.
  • Bonuses for holidays and Lunar New Year’s Eve; Bonuses based on monthly/quarterly/yearly business results.
  • Sponsor 100% of meal expenses.
  • Sponsor 100% of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.
  • Sponsor 100% of apartment rental costs (located in the Central area, with full amenities such as Super Mall, Swimming pool, Gym, Co-working space…)
  • Monthly days off: 06 days per month during the probationary period, 07 days per month as an official employee. Flexible choice of days off, allowed to accumulate them consecutively in 1 month.
  • Company-sponsored annual vacation benefit.
  • Sponsor 100% of the costs of professional development courses relevant to the role (at the employee’s request), with no reimbursement required upon resignation.
