HRPV’s partner in the industrial solutions sector is currently seeking an Solution Engineer (O&M Coordinator) (Water/Wastewater Treatment) to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

A. Key Responsibilities – Solution Engineer

1. Plant Operation & Maintenance Management

• Support daily operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).

• Conduct site visits to monitor system performance and identify operational issues.

• Prepare periodic operational and technical reports.

• Coordinate maintenance activities and supervise subcontractors when required.

2. Technical & Solution Coordination

• Work closely with internal technical teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth system operation.

• Support troubleshooting and optimization of treatment processes.

• Participate in client meetings and provide technical clarification when needed.

3. Technical Support

• Assist in preparing technical proposals and basic engineering documents (PFD, technical calculations).

• Support cost estimation and BOQ preparation.

• Participate in site surveys and collect technical data.

• Provide technical support during discussions with clients.

B. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in process engineering, plant operation, or O&M coordination.

• Basic understanding of WTP/WWTP systems and treatment chemicals.

• Experience in coordinate with technical teams, clients, or subcontractors.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Working proficiency in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
