A. JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP with frameworks such as Laravel, Yii2, or similar.
  • Design and implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Identify and resolve issues in existing software applications.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

B. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience working with PHP and at least one PHP framework such as Laravel, Yii2, or similar.
  • Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development of web applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and enhance skills continuously.

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:

1. Salary: Up to $3,000 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.

2. Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses for holidays, Lunar New Year, and based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly business results.

4. VISA/Work Permit: 100% sponsorship of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.

6. Monthly Days Off: 6 days off per month during probation, increasing to 7 days per month as an official employee.

7. Flexible scheduling and the ability to accumulate days off within a month. 

8. Annual Vacation: Company-sponsored annual vacation benefit.

9. Professional Development: 100% sponsorship of professional development courses relevant to the role, with no reimbursement required upon resignation.

10. Document Security: The company does not retain candidates’ identification documents (ID card, Passport, etc.).
