1. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for health & nutrition products across Vietnam and selected international markets, targeting key customer segments.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue goals across diverse sales channels.
- Build and expand distributor and agent networks nationwide, ensuring strong market penetration and coverage across priority regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights across different segments to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel strategies.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and foster strategic partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, based on performance metrics and market intelligence.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in agriculture, health, food, or wellness sectors, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and delivering results across diverse channels such as Export or GT/ Wholesale/ HoReCa/ Retail.
- Solid understanding of domestic market dynamics, with experience in export markets considered a strong advantage.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional communication.
- Fluent in English, with proven ability to engage and collaborate with international clients and partners.
- Deep interest in health, nutrition, and the development of premium consumer products.
