HRPV’s partner in the industrial solutions sector is currently seeking a Sales Engineer based in Hanoi. This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background who are looking to develop their career in solution-based B2B sales within a professional and long-term oriented environment.

A. Key Responsibilities – Sales Engineer
  • Develop and expand business opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Consult and propose technical solutions aligned with customers’ operational needs.

  • Manage the sales process from initial engagement to commercial agreement.

  • Execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

B. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical products, solutions, or industrial services.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.

  • Working proficiency in English is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
