HRPV’s partner in the textile industry is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager – Hanoi (North Vietnam Representative) to strengthen its presence in Northern Vietnam. Job Objective
The Regional Sales Manager will drive business development and client engagement for testing and certification services in Northern Vietnam. This role ensures seamless coordination with the Vietnam Country Manager and Headquarters while delivering exceptional service to clients.
A. Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within Northern Vietnam.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct on-site visits to factories and client facilities as per company guidelines.
- Provide technical and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry seminars.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters for timely service coordination.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and regional market insights for management
B. Requirements
- A degree in Textile Engineering or Chemistry.
- At least 5 years of experience in textile testing, marketing, or production management with strong strong background in the textile supply chain from fiber to finished garment.
- Proven experience in sales and market development, ideally within the textile industry.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Familiarity with international standards and auditing practices (a plus).
- Willingness to travel and attend training sessions in oversea.
