A. Job Objectives

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing NPI and industrialization projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution in line with automotive standards and customer requirements.

B. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead automotive NPI projects from RFQ, development, pilot run to mass production
• Act as the main contact point between customers and internal teams
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource planning
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics)
• Monitor project risks, costs, and quality performance
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and lesson‑learned activities

C. Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Project Leader Automotive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of NPI, APQP, PPAP, SOP, and automotive manufacturing processes
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional and multicultural teams
• Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
