Our partners specializes in wastewater treatment, providing efficient and sustainable solutions to various industries – are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with skills in using 3D software in the Water/Wastewater industry for their projects.

I. Job Description:

1. Job Responsibilities:

Mechanical Engineer for Japanese corporation in wastewater treatment industry.

2. Main task:

• Based on Our Client basic plan and basic design, in charge of detailed design (piping route planning, container design, equipment design, etc.).
• Understand Specification sheet, P&ID, Layout, and container structure drawing, and design piping mainly.
• Work as a piping designer, design and manage P3D.
• Create the process chart for piping and equipment design and manage its progress.
• Give instructions to subcontractors.
• Check the final output ortho drawings/isometric drawings.
• Create technical documents and suggestions for standardization and work efficiency improvement.
• Other related tasks to be assigned accordingly.

II. Requirement:

1. Engineering knowledge:

• Ability to read and understand P&ID.
• Knowledge of the standard international style of business communication and experience in creating business and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings in English.
• Knowledge of process control is an advantage.
• Knowledge of standard of material in structure, storage tank, vessel, and piping (JIS or equivalent standards).
• Knowledge of Piping drawings, isometric drawings, and can create manufacturing drawings (Experience of JIS and PVC Piping is an advantage).

2. Character:

• Good leadership and computer knowledge, excellent interpersonal communication, highly motivated, hard-working.
• Ability to work independently and teamwork.

3. Experience:

• More than 4 years of experience working for EPC project at Piping design position.
• Hands-on experience using piping design software (P3D, PDMS/E3D) and proficient in the software (Plant3D and PDMS/Cardworks administrators).

4. Language:

• English communication skill.

5. Software:

• MS office, AutoCAD 2&3D, Plant 3D, (Or Cardworks Plant & structure).
