HRPV’ Partner in the logistics industry is currently seeking a Head of Business Development – 3PL Solutions to lead the growth of warehousing and distribution services by driving new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering customer-focused logistics solutions.
A. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for warehousing services; monitor market trends and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Collaborate with operations to design and implement tailored warehousing solutions, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to P&L management, optimize cost structures, and track performance through KPIs.
- Lead and develop the Business Development team while fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus.
- Prepare business and performance reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
B. Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
- > 7years of experience in logistics or warehousing, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Solid understanding of Contract Logistics and supply chain operations
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Work independently in managing accounts and driving business activities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
