A. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement multi-channel strategies to attract high-quality leads.
  • Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, track growth initiatives, and report insights.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and messaging.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market analysis to refine acquisition and retention efforts.

B. REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven track record of successful project or campaign execution, delivering measurable results.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media) and performance metrics.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT

  • Salary starting at $1,500-2,500, depending on the candidate’s performance assessment.
  • Bonuses for holidays and Lunar New Year’s Eve; Bonuses based on monthly/quarterly/yearly business results.
  • Sponsor 100% of meal expenses.
  • Sponsor 100% of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.
  • Sponsor 100% of apartment rental costs (located in the Central area, with full amenities such as Super Mall, Swimming pool, Gym, Co-working space…)
  • Monthly days off: 06 days per month during the probationary period, 07 days per month as an official employee. Flexible choice of days off, allowed to accumulate them consecutively in 1 month.

  • Sponsor 100% of the costs of professional development courses relevant to the role (at the employee’s request), with no reimbursement required upon resignation.
