A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Job Objective:

• This role is ideal for a Product-Focused Development Leader seeking new challenges and career advancement. The position requires expertise in web-focused application development and a passion for the gaming industry.
• As a key senior member of the technology team, you will focus on developing and delivering products for our clients.
• Provide strong technical leadership, including developing a high-performing technology team, defining and managing development toolsets, processes, and architecture, and overseeing technology rollout plans within budget constraints.

2. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers and technologists in our Bangkok office, providing training, mentoring, and overseeing performance and review processes.
• Guide the development process to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design advanced technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to software and database design.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Act as the escalation point for management stakeholders.
• Drive the development of your team by writing and reviewing code.
• Ensure appropriate debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of code documentation in Confluence.
• Recommend test frameworks, UAT processes, and methodologies to improve product delivery quality.
• Support the design, build, implementation, and integration of API services and microservice architecture.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Be down-to-earth, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong drive and innovative approach.

B. REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience in the software development industry.
• 8+ years of experience in team management (approximately 20 members).
• Strong background in software development with proven full-stack development experience in Python.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and tokenization using microservices architecture.
• Expertise in at least one popular Python or Golang framework such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Experience in front-end design of UI/UX using JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, JSON, TypeScript, and web responsiveness.
• Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git framework.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework for the software development process.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and proactively research and self-study to grasp new domain knowledge such as AI, ML, and Data Analytics.
