Our partner is hiring a Customer Services for Ecommerce Industry to assist guests and partners with cancellations, complaints, and inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging—ensuring exceptional service and a smooth experience.
A. Duties & Responsibilities:
– Handle customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone calls, email, chat, and messaging.
– Provide accurate, complete, and professional responses using appropriate tools, methods, and processes.
– Proactively update knowledge related to customer service best practices.
– Escalate serious or complex cases as needed to ensure timely resolution.
B. Job requirements:

C. Benefits and additional information
– Total Income: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month + 13th-month salary bonus
– Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
– Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
– Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
– Complexity Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (after probation)
