HRPV’s logistics partner is seeking a Chief Accountant for a key management role, ideal for candidates with strong finance and accounting experience.
A. Job Objectives
The Chief Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire accounting and financial operations of the logistics company, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and full compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations, while providing financial insights and support to Management for business decision-making.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, AR/AP, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with VAS.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and other statutory taxes.
- Manage accounting for logistics operations, covering transportation, warehousing, fuel, leasing, and asset depreciation.
- Handle capital contributions, shareholder-related matters, and intercompany transactions when applicable.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to foreign-invested enterprises
C. Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience as a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager
- Solid experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or FDI companies is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
