A. JOB OBJECTIVES:
Job Objectives:
- Under the supervision of the Head and Deputy Head.
- Act as a connection between Management and Staff.
- Effectively manage and operate the team.
- Ensure efficient budget management.

B. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinate and oversee the team’s operating processes:
- Understand domain management.
- Develop team operation procedures.
- Design and update team structure, tasks.
- Create templates for tasks.
- Use data and information to analyse, assess, and develop appropriate strategies.
2. Manage team general tasks:
- Join and note down the tasks that need to be completed.
- Remind team members of tasks.
- Push the completion of tasks.
- Assess, analyse, and report on tasks.
- Propose plans, solutions, and improvements for tasks.
3. Develop team budget plan:
- Maintain the payment balance.
- Handle advance payments and reimbursements.
- Reconcile income and expenditure with AP/Fin.
- Manage administrative accounts.
- Ensure the security and sufficiency of all used accounts.
- Assist with contacting account holders when verification and updates are requested.
- Support the creation of new accounts and backups.
4. Manage SIM cards:
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of SIM cards.
5. Others:
- Report the team’s work schedule to the Supervisor at the end of each month.
- Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor.
C. REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in roles involving statistics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in computer and office tools such as Microsoft Office (Google Sheets, Excel, functions used for reporting…).
- -Enjoy working with data and statistics.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Friendly, meticulous, diligent, hard-working, with a sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn.
- Have 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of domain management.
- Previous experience in administrative roles for Facebook, websites, forums, blogs, community pages, etc.
- Understanding of SEO and Digital.
