Our partner is a leading manufacturing enterprise specializing in advanced materials and textiles. Currently, they are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist (Nylon Yarn – DTY) to oversee production quality, optimize DTY processes, and manage relationships with external manufacturing partners.
A. Job Objectives
To oversee, control, and optimize the Nylon DTY (Draw Texturing Yarn) production processes at subcontractor sites, ensuring strict adherence to high-quality standards, maximizing production efficiency, and facilitating seamless coordination with external manufacturing partners.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage DTY production processes at various subcontractor sites (primarily working with foreign-invested partners).
- Manage, guide, and support external manufacturing partners to ensure optimal production efficiency and strict compliance with quality requirements.
- Systematically control and monitor the Nylon DTY processes to minimize defects and optimize overall output.
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate effectively with leading DTY manufacturers and suppliers across Vietnam.
C. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in DTY processes; extensive experience with Nylon yarn is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of DTY processes and production management.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and collaborate effectively with external partners and subcontractors.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam for site visits and partner coordination.
