Our partner, a European company specializing in providing high-quality industrial hydraulic engineering solutions to manufacturing plants, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and system integrators in Vietnam, is currently recruiting for a Solutions Manager position.
A. Job Objectives
Solution Manager is responsible for developing hydraulic products and solutions that align with the company’s business strategy. They serve as the primary point of contact for product and technical issues, supporting internal teams and customers through solution consulting, system validation, and technical training.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and promote hydraulic product and solution strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a key technical expert to support sales and engineering teams in hydraulic projects through solution consulting, product selection, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate closely with international experts and hydraulic equipment manufacturers on technical discussions, solution development, and product training.
- Design, review, and validate hydraulic systems and solutions, providing on-site technical support during commissioning and startup.
- Provide internal technical training for staff and external training/workshops for clients.
C. Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Mobile Hydraulics and/or Industrial Hydraulics.
- Experience in Product Management/Product Specialist, Engineering Management, or Engineering/Project roles related to hydraulic systems.
- Thorough understanding of hydraulic power units, pumps, valves, cylinders, filtration systems, manifolds, and integrated solutions.
- Practical experience in hydraulic system design and commissioning is preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), ability to communicate directly with international partners, and thorough understanding of technical documentation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally when necessary.
