Our Partner is leading in automotive manufacturing, specializing in high‑precision production. They are looking for talent for the Process Engineer position to strengthen process optimization, production efficiency, and product quality across advanced manufacturing lines.
As a Process Engineer, you will work in a structured automotive environment applying lean manufacturing, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies to support sustainable production growth.

A. Job Objectives

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets in automotive wheel production.

B. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, yield, and cycle time
• Develop and maintain process flow, SOPs, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions
• Support new product introduction (NPI), trial runs, and mass production ramp‑up
• Identify root causes of process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
• Monitor KPIs and apply continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Support equipment commissioning, process validation, and capability studies
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and safety requirements

C. Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in automotive or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of machining, casting, forging, or wheel manufacturing is an advantage
• Familiar with PFMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, and problem‑solving tools
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and process optimization skills
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written preferred)
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and teamwork spirit
