HRPV’s partner is a garment/textile manufacturing company operating under an OEM/ODM model, and is currently seeking a QA Deputy Manager to strengthen quality systems, ensure compliance with international standards, and support consistent product quality in a disciplined factory environment serving global export markets.
A. Job Objectives
Lead QA for a caps manufacturer serving international brands, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications through proactive controls and cross-team collaboration.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the second-in-command for quality, translating management direction into factory-level execution.
- Oversee factory-level quality execution and ensure alignment with buyer expectations.
- Monitor quality outcomes, identify risks early, and drive corrective improvements.
- Coordinate quality-related matters with internal teams and external parties.
- Fully assume QA leadership responsibilities when required.
C. Job requirements:

Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in garment/textile manufacturing, with proven experience in a team leadership role.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and AQL standards.
- Familiar with international quality systems (ISO, buyer-specific requirements).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
