HRPV’s partner in the waste water/ water treatment industry is looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen their presence in semiconductor-related projects and electronics-driven industries. A. Responsibilities of Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and driving business expansion. Main responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain a pipeline of target customers using market and competitive insights.

Prepare tailored sales proposals, technical documents, and profitability analyses for clients.

Serve as the bridge between customers and the technical department to ensure project success.

Drive new business for ultrapure water and wastewater treatment plants, especially for semiconductor applications.

Lead initiatives to structure business models and create project roadmaps for electronics-related industries.

Provide consistent reporting and updates to support departmental planning and strategy.
B. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or project proposals within the water treatment, industrial engineering, or semiconductor-related industries.
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales and preparing detailed project proposals.
- Experience working with international clients (European, American, Taiwanese, Korean companies).
- Strong network within the semiconductor and electronics supply chain is highly preferred.
