A. JOB PURPOSE
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving growth, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence in Vietnam.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Set clear goals for departments and ensure alignment across teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
2. Operations Management
- Establish efficient operational structures and improve collaboration between departments.
- Work closely with Marketing to optimize resources for business growth.
- Enhance customer experience and maintain high service standards.
- Implement corporate governance, risk management, and compliance measures.
3. Talent Development
- Define and track KPIs for teams and individuals.
- Oversee training programs to enhance business knowledge and skills.
- Motivate employees, nurture talent, and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Promote and sustain a positive corporate culture.
4. Authority & Decision-making
4.1. INTERNAL
- Recommend staffing plans to CSO for approval.
- Approve operational expenditures related to staff.
- Evaluate and propose client compensation in coordination with the Risk Department.
4.2. EXTERNAL
- Authorize client hospitality and entertainment budgets.
- Review and approve marketing materials before distribution.
- Manage and approve marketing expenditure.
C. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years in financial services or Forex and Minimum 3 years in a management role, with a proven track record in team leadership.
- Experience in retail-facing businesses is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities.
- Results-driven, resilient, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
