A. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the Digital Performance Marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance through data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners.
Remain abreast of industry trends, including algorithm changes and emerging technologies, to maintain a competitive edge.
B. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior/Leader/Manager SEO role.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and a user-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keywordtool.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize SEO campaigns.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SEO teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English

- Salary: 4500$ Or Higher, depending on the candidate’s performance assessment.
