A. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design and refine brand visuals, including logos and brand assets.
  • Create eye-catching graphics for promotions across digital and print platforms.
  • Develop creative ad visuals for campaigns that align with brand identity.
  • Work with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in visuals across all platforms and materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and development of creative concepts.
  • Stay updated on design trends to keep brand visuals fresh and relevant.

B. REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency across platforms.
  • Highly creative with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable to design trends and able to incorporate feedback quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Awareness of current design trends and technologies to keep visuals fresh.

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFITS     

  • Salary: at $1,500-3,000, depending on the candidate’s performance assessment.
  • Bonuses for holidays and Lunar New Year’s Eve; Bonuses based on monthly/quarterly/yearly business results.
  • Sponsor 100% of meal expenses.
  • Sponsor 100% of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.
  • Sponsor 100% of apartment rental costs (located in the Central area, with full amenities such as Super Mall, Swimming pool, Gym, Co-working space…)
  • Monthly days off: 06 days per month during the probationary period, 07 days per month as an official employee. Flexible choice of days off, allowed to accumulate them consecutively in 1 month.

  • Sponsor 100% of the costs of professional development courses relevant to the role (at the employee’s request), with no reimbursement required upon resignation.
