A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attract and recruit personnel.
- Conduct recruitment activities to ensure the sufficient number required by the company.
- Propose effective recruitment channels to optimise recruitment costs.
- Develop and improve recruitment processes, including tests, interview questionnaires, and tools.
- Build and maintain a database of candidates.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 03+ years of experience in mass/back office recruitment.
- Proficiency in candidate interviewing and evaluation.
- Ability to create and leverage an effective candidate network.
- Ability to propose and implement potential candidate attraction programs.
- Report to: Leader
C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:
- Fixed salary: 10,000,000 VND per month
- Lương cứng: 10.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
- Phone allowance: 500,000 VND per month.
- Phụ cấp điện thoại: 500.000 VNĐ/tháng.
- Recruitment services allowances: Maximum 10,000,000 VND per month (used for job posting channels and recruitment page fees; Does not apply to Headhunt services).
- Bonuses based on Performance/KPIs monthly (reviewed monthly)
* Bonus policy:
- Candidate 1-10: $100 bonus per successfully onboarded candidate within a month.
- Candidate 11-20: $200 bonus per successfully onboarded candidate within a month.
- Candidate 21 and above: $300 bonus per successfully onboarded candidate within a month
