Our partner is a leading global manufacturing enterprise specializing in high-quality electric motors and power transmission solutions. Currently, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to drive product innovation, optimize motor performance, and ensure exceptional manufacturing standards.

A. Job Objective

Lead the design, development, and improvement of electric motor products, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and manufacturability while strictly meeting customer requirements and business goals.

B. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and continuously improve electric motor products, focusing on enhancing performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Analyze technical specifications based on requirements from customers and the Board of Directors (BOD) to implement strategic design changes or develop entirely new motor products.
• Support comprehensive product development activities, including the preparation of technical documentation and seamless coordination with cross-functional departments.
• Act as a mentor to train and guide new employees on technical knowledge, product structures, and standard working processes.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

C. Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in electric motor design and development. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with industry standards and quality requirements for engine design.
• Strong technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical components of motors.
• Solid background working for leading motor or power transmission manufacturers.
• In-depth knowledge of motor design principles, manufacturing processes, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent collaborative skills with experience working alongside cross-functional teams (including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers).
