As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing long-cycle sales processes, consulting on system integration, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver complex industrial solutions.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients and key accounts
- Explore new project opportunities in manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Consult on technical specifications, system integration, and project scope
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline
- Conduct on-site presentations and technical discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product development
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales or project-based equipment solutions
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong technical consulting and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing long-cycle sales projects
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
