HRPV’s partner, a global leader in industrial automation and equipment, is seeking a Project Sales Manager (Industrial Equipment Projects) to lead large-scale equipment projects and manage a high-performing sales engineering team. This opportunity is facilitated by HRPV and is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge, proven leadership, and extensive experience in project-based B2B sales.
As a key player in the precision instrumentation and industrial automation sector, HRPV’s partner delivers innovative solutions to clients across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and other industries. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing complex projects, and mentoring a team of engineers to achieve business goals.
A. Responsibilities
As a Project Sales Manager, you will:
  • Lead and manage team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose customized industrial solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Report regularly to senior management on team performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
B. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or automation.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales engineering team of 5–6 members.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation solutions and project-based sales.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
