A. Key Responsibilities
As Production Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise all production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, QC, HR) to maintain smooth operations and product quality.
- Monitor production progress and report directly to the Board of Directors.

B. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production Management, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 5–7 years of experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
