We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in international freight forwarding, international logistics, and import or export companies.

Responsibilities:
– As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new customers and investigate and plan the most appropriate route for a shipment
- Recommend transportation solutions based on customer needs to minimize cost or environmental impact.
- Selling our company’s logistics services, including but not limited to warehouse service, trucking service and LTL/FTL, port drayage service.
- Negotiate shipping rates with freight carriers.
- obtain, check and prepare documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications
- Maintain customer relationships and actively develop new customers
- Lead a sales team (4 – 6 members), training, coaching & transforming them reaching sales team target.
- Can handle some kind of management projects to build up new segment/ category for company and expand the business.
Requirements:
– The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding ,international logistics and import or export companies (including shipping companies, airlines, etc.), preferably familiar with the U.S. logistics market & at least 03 years at the same level.
- Strong work ethic and a strong desire for success.
- Good oral and written English skills..
- Have customer resources a big plus.
