Job Overview:
  • As a Business Development Executive at HR Partnering Viet Nam, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our Recruitment and Training services by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, increasing the number of contracts, and boosting revenue through your strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the recruitment and training market to gain insights into industry trends, competitors, and client needs. Utilize this information to formulate a comprehensive plan and objectives for our training services.
  • Lead Generation and Awareness Building: Develop and execute strategies to build awareness and expand our market reach. This includes identifying and nurturing leads, creating marketing campaigns, and establishing a strong online and offline presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. Understand their unique needs and challenges and offer tailored solutions to meet them.
  • Business Proposal and Presentation: Create persuasive and professional business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Contract Closing: Engage in negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to secure contracts and partnerships. Meet and exceed contract acquisition targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding the client portfolio. This will involve identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Number of Contracts: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly contract acquisition targets.
  • Revenue: Achieve and surpass revenue targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (2years-3 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the recruitment and training industry.
  • Strong market research and analysis skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of HR and talent development trends is a plus.
