A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage the design team, including Graphic, Web, and UX/UI designers, by planning, assigning work, and developing staff.
- Ensure brand consistency when designing and developing products.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Management teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite and other essential design tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Supervise design processes to ensure applicability and practicality, optimizing user experience and SEO.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve the product.
- Implement A/B testing to respond to user feedback and optimize product performance.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, or related fields.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability.
- Ability to work under high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:
1. Salary: Up to $2,500 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.
