A. Job Objectives
The Sales Trainer’s main objective is to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve business goals. They design and deliver effective training programs, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional development. By enhancing team performance and maintaining high-quality standards, the Sales Trainer ensures consistent results and long-term success.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train new employees, focusing on key program knowledge and soft skills to prepare them for real-world tasks.
- Help with quality tasks during slow periods, such as audits, team reviews, and coaching to keep standards high.
- Find and fix quality issues by looking into causes and making action plans to follow company processes.
- Teach new hires important skills like handling stress, setting goals, communicating, managing time, and solving problems.
- Lead training sessions, check trainee progress, and suggest ways to improve skills if needed.
C. Job requirements:
Experience:
- 1-2 YOE in training or a related field.
- Background in call center.
Language:
- Good in English (4 skills).
Skills:
- Identifying challenges in sales teams and developing tailored training solutions.
- Expertise in facilitating group discussions and activities.
