A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Propose and develop SEO strategies tailored to the company’s websites based on a deep understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify terms customers use to find the company’s products or services and optimize website content to improve search engine visibility.
  • Manage and optimize various types of content including product information, descriptions, blog posts, videos, images, and other materials.
  • Enhance website credibility by managing backlinks from reputable sources. Evaluate linking sites and develop strategies to increase link quantity.
  • Improve website user experience by optimizing page load speed and ensuring a user-friendly design.
  • Measure and analyze SEO metrics such as traffic volume, authority, and rankings. Utilize data to provide insights and recommend SEO strategy improvements.
  • Stay updated with new SEO trends to ensure the company’s strategy remains effective.
  • Provide training and supervision to employees. Manage SEO specialists and content writers to ensure optimization goals are met.

B. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years in senior, leader, or manager SEO roles at a previous company.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and a user-centric approach, with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Tool.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of SEO methods and tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, time management, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication (is a plus).

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:

1. Salary: Starting at $1,800 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.

6. Monthly Days Off: 6 days off per month during probation, increasing to 7 days per month as an official employee.
