A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using advanced front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and back-end teams to ensure smooth integration between UI/UX design and functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best coding standards and practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

B. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Front-end Developer.
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS, and experience with at least one front-end framework such as React.js or Vue.js.
  • Experience working with design tools like Figma.
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness in work.
  • Stay update with the latest front-end technologies and trends to continuously improve development processes.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and willing to share knowledge and ideas.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a large workload.

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:

1. Salary: Up to $4,000 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.

2. Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses for holidays, Lunar New Year, and based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly business results.

4. VISA/Work Permit: 100% sponsorship of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.

6. Monthly Days Off: 6 days off per month during probation, increasing to 7 days per month as an official employee.

9. Professional Development: 100% sponsorship of professional development courses relevant to the role, with no reimbursement required upon resignation.
