A.JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Create innovative and high-quality artwork.
  • Effectively and timely manage assigned projects as directed.
  • Conceptualize visuals and draft designs based on requirements.
  • Proficient in UX/UI and web design.
  • Develop ideations, illustrations, logos, and other designs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology and learn new programs as they are released.

B.REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3+ years of experience in design; experience in an agency is advantageous.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Proficiency in all Adobe CS packages.
  • Ability to contribute new ideas.
  • Ability to explore new approaches to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to incorporate suggestions or build upon others’ ideas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and honest appraisals of others.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative team player.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:

1. Salary: Up to $3,000 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.

2. Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses for holidays, Lunar New Year, and based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly business results.

4. VISA/Work Permit: 100% sponsorship of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.
