Our client specializes in waste water treatment, offering effective and sustainable solutions for various industries. They are looking for a Sales Engineer to handle technical sales and support clients with their needs. This role is a great chance to work in a growing and meaningful field.
A. Job Objectives
- Achieve sales targets by providing technical solutions tailored to customer needs and expanding the market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent support and collaboration with internal teams.
- Drive profitability while exploring new opportunities in the water treatment industry.
B. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather information about target customers based on marketing data.
- Develop sales materials, project proposals, business profitability documents, etc.
- Ensure thorough information sharing within the department (e.g., regular reporting formats).
- Request technical support (such as layout plans, calculations, etc.) from the technical department.
- Expand new orders for water treatment plants, including ultrapure water and wastewater treatment facilities.
C. Job requirements:
– Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience.
– Experience:
- 3+ year working in the water treatment industry.
- Expertise in sales and technical proposal development for B2B (private businesses).
- Extensive network of customers in the semiconductor and electronics peripheral sectors.
– Language:
- Proficient in English communication.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
– Technical competencies:
- Proficient in MOS
