A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Optimize Expenditures: Track advertising and outsourced service expenditures, evaluate plans and budget allocations, and propose optimizations for Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Report Analysis: Review and analyze reports to ensure the accuracy and validity of expenditure data.
- Data Analysis and ROI Optimization: Design and analyze marketing data using database queries (Access/Google Sheet Query), web analytics tools (GA4), and campaign management software. Regularly assess and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- KPI Reporting: Prepare independent reports on KPIs such as NRU, NAU, conversion rates, and engagement metrics for leadership review.
- Ad Hoc Research and Tool Recommendations: Conduct ad hoc research, optimize automated reports, and recommend necessary tools to enhance the effective management and growth of marketing campaigns.
- Data Control and Reporting: Maintain oversight of all data and prepare reports on various issues as requested by leadership.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
– Must have 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with proficiency in all major advertising platforms currently in use:
- 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst is an advantage.
- 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a Marketing Agency is advantageous.
– Must be proficient in setting up and using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, and Forecast Ads Spend.
– Strong skills in budget management and expense reporting.
– Ability to analyze investment efficiency and a keen sensitivity to market information.
– Effective communication and questioning skills with the ability to present information coherently and persuasively.
– Ability to build strong relationships with in-house teams and service providers.
– Proficiency in creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
– Skilled in designing, analyzing marketing database indicators, and producing intuitive, detailed reports.

1. Salary: Starting at $2,500 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.
