A. KEY TASKS:
- Lead the interior design process for luxury projects, hotels, and high-end buildings using BIM software to create detailed and realistic 3D models.
- Develop innovative and efficient design solutions in terms of space planning, materials, and colors to create luxurious and functional living spaces.
- Create detailed technical drawings, calculate materials and costs required for construction.
- Manage interior design consulting units, handle scope adjustments, execution progress, and cost increases based on signed or future contracts with consultants. Provide timely proposals to manage design documentation and consultants to ensure quality and progress for the investor.
- Control the design and design documentation of interiors.
- Manage and oversee drawings from interior contractors.
- Coordinate and control with other disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structure, etc.) to complete interior design documentation.
- Design detailed drawings as directed by the company’s leadership (if required).
- Develop plans to implement the design tasks within the assigned scope in line with the overall project schedule. Monitor the progress of assigned tasks.
- Develop and provide the scope of work, and collaborate to evaluate the capabilities of interior design consulting companies and contractors during the bidding process.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in 3D Architectural Exterior and Interior Rendering, Visualization…
- Know and proficient in BIM (must have).
- Knowledgeable about various finishing materials.
- Ability to use Lumion, Revit, Chaovantage, Unreal Engine, etc., is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
