A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Project Growth Management: Responsible for driving growth in user count, revenue, and profit across assigned projects.
- Expenditure Efficiency: Ensure efficient use of expenditures while expanding advertising channels and methods.
- Partnership and Resource Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with partners, clients, and potential channels across various fields to expand resources, ensuring the successful implementation of multiple concurrent projects.
- Budget Management: Oversee strict budget management, including reconciliation, acceptance, and sustainable efficiency.
- Campaign Management: Manage all Digital Marketing and Branding campaigns through partners for one or multiple projects.
- Financial Oversight: Manage expenditures, budgets, and provide transparent financial reporting.
- Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and brand-building efforts to increase effectiveness based on KPIs, User Acquisition Cost, and ROAS.
- Multi-Product Deployment: Handle the simultaneous deployment of multiple products, conduct market research, perform project analysis, and propose optimizations for each channel.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments or independently execute strategies to drive project growth through promotions and events, identifying growth opportunities and creating feasible plans.
- Partner Relations Management: Manage all partner-related matters, including costs, direct payment deployment, and reconciliation to maintain, develop, and expand channels for multiple current products.
- Risk Monitoring and Control: Monitor and detect risks, controlling objective issues arising from supply sources, cooperating partners, or any factors affecting the company’s finances.
- Creative Execution: Responsible for the independent execution of visual design and UI/UX for materials used in products, such as homepages, landing page ads, videos/trailers, TVCs, banner ads, etc.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Security, honesty, and meticulousness are essential.
- Deep knowledge of tracking, measurement, and ad optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Ability to present case studies of past campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective teamwork under pressure, ready for overtime and all situations.
- Proactive in research, analysis, and task optimization with strong critical thinking.
- High level of self-awareness and responsibility.
- Careful, thorough, and proactive approach.
C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:
1. Salary: Starting at $1,500 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.
